If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the BästaiptvAppen legal team.

Don’t Dispute Before Asking Customer Support, You May Lose Both Money And Service. We Don’t Offer Refunds If You Make a Dispute. Your Money May Get Stuck.

Refund Policy

At BästaiptvAppen, we believe in our products 100%. We work every day to provide the best IPTV experience and keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that our IPTV subscription plans may not work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you are not happy with your purchase or you experience an issue that we are unable to solve and which makes the service unusable, we are happy to provide a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Please include your transaction order ID with the subject line: “Request for Refund” and explain in your email the issue you are facing and the reason for your request. In some cases, we may ask for proof of the issue, and we will also provide proof from our side to explain our investigation and decision in a transparent manner.

Conditions

Please understand and accept that we cannot provide refunds for technical issues unless you allow us enough time to troubleshoot and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a refund.

You can contact our 24/7 live support anytime if you need assistance.

  • Refunds may only be issued within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, no refunds can be processed.

  • If you paid using a credit card, refunds are generally processed within 20 to 31 business days.

  • In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days depending on the payment processor. We are not responsible for these delays, as we are the IPTV service provider and not the payment gateway.

  • Full refunds are available only for purchases made within the last 72 hours.

  • Any other refund requests may be partially refunded according to the used subscription period.

  • The BästaiptvAppen support team will contact users regarding all refund cases.

Note: Every refund may take between 20 to 90 business days to appear, depending on payment processors. We will always do our best to process refund requests as quickly as possible after verifying user information.

We Will Not Provide Refunds or Partial Refunds If:

  • The customer is not satisfied with the channel lineup or streaming performance.

  • We strongly recommend that every customer starts with a Trial before purchasing a 1 to 12-month package.

Device Setup Limitations

If a user is unable to configure their own device or system:

We provide our best support to help configure boxes, devices, applications, and systems in all support cases. However, our assistance is limited to standard setup procedures because device conditions and user environments may vary.

Channel Freezing or Buffering

Although our servers are generally stable, some channels may occasionally freeze, buffer, or stop working temporarily due to various reasons. Our technical team is continuously working to resolve these issues.

Most temporary streaming issues are caused by:

  • Internet connection fluctuations

  • Device or application configuration problems

  • ISP-related issues

  • Channels being temporarily unavailable from the source

  • Server updates or restarts for maintenance and performance optimization

  • User requests to switch servers

If a customer is unable to use their IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to a server issue caused by us, we will either provide a full refund or extend the subscription time for free with additional compensation where applicable.
